This 75-minute class is designed for deep rest and renewal. Supported poses and gentle breathwork offer a calming reset for your body, mind, and nervous system, helping you step into the day grounded and refreshed.
This 75-minute class is your permission slip to slow all the way down. We’ll settle into long-held, fully supported poses (think: cozy blankets, bolsters, and no effort required), paired with gentle breathwork to help your nervous system exhale.

In this session, you will begin a transformative journey of self-discovery, cultivating strength, flexibility and inner peace.
You will be guided through traditional Hatha and Yin movement, along with breath and meditation. All while building strength and flexibility, developing the connection between mind, body and breath.
